How wholesale ordering works
1. Build your case selection
Order in whole cases. Merchandise requests start at $500. Unless explicitly stated, cases contain assorted styles and colors; individual styles cannot be selected. Your bag is saved to your signed-in account.
2. Verify and submit
Sign in with Google and verify your US or Canadian mobile number by SMS. Enter your shipping address and submit a purchase request. Submission does not charge you, guarantee availability, or mark an order paid. The default limit is five submissions per New York calendar day; bag edits do not count.
3. Confirm stock and the final quote
Our team confirms each line, including partial availability or shortages, and adds the actual quoted freight and applicable tax. You can see confirmed quantities, updates, and totals in your account. Unavailable quantities are excluded from the confirmed merchandise total.
4. Settle any balance or refund
Online payment is not enabled in this version. A suggested 30% deposit is informational, not proof that funds were received. If a deposit is actually paid through an agreed method, it is credited against confirmed merchandise plus freight and applicable tax. A positive difference is the remaining balance; a negative difference is a refund due. The team will contact you to arrange settlement and record completed transactions. Displaying a refund due does not mean a refund has already been sent.
5. Follow fulfillment
Once availability and settlement are complete, the team records shipment and tracking. Check your account for the latest status. Questions can be sent to sellerwinofficial@gmail.com.
